For Sellers:
One of the first things you need to do (after registering) is visit your Manage Account tab. Here you can turn on the ability to accept PayPal by entering your PayPal email address. You do not have to create an auction for your listing. You may want to create a buy-out (sometimes called a buy-now) only listing. When you are setting up your listing (or auction) you will specify a Listing Type. Full Listing - all listing options are shown. Quick Listing - only basic listing options are shown. Buy Out Item - create a buy out only item. In the Members Area you will see a section called My Account. Click on the Manage Account link to view your current balance and account history. Buying "refurbished" is considered a smarter way to shop because you can get like-new equipment for up to 80% savings without experiencing any difference. Manufacturers are extremely confident about their refurbished products and offer the original warranty from 90 days to 2 years. There are lots of things that can cause merchandise to be labeled refurbished. Even if the cause was very minor the consumer laws prevent manufacturers from selling anything considered factory refurbished as "new", the second consumer gets the best deal. It is impossible to know the history of each item, but for whatever reason the unit gets labeled factory refurbished it is inspected & serviced by the manufacturer then tested and repackaged to meet original product specifications. All merchandise is warranted by the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
